The Little Shoe Shop will never share or disclose your details to third parties for marketing purposes. We share only the information that is required by agents to fully and securely process your orders, including credit card clearing agencies (PayPal), fraud prevention and detection agencies and delivery companies that we use to process your orders or assist in the service that we provide to you.
How long do we keep your data:
We only ever retain personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.
Mailings:
Our customers receive our biannual catalogue only on application. If you have applied and received the catalogue in the past and now prefer not to receive it please inform us by telephone 0207 723 5321 or by email at [email protected] and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
Payments:
Regarding payment or credit card information:
All online transaction details go directly to Pay Pal. The Little Shoe Shop never sees or stores any payment or card details.
All card details received over the telephone are destroyed immediately after the customer’s order is processed.
All card details received for shop purchases are also destroyed after the payment has been processed.
We use encryption to safeguard your card information which means that you cannot place an order through an unsecure connection and the encryption technique is the highest standard available for E-commerce.
Cookies:
